Places to Visit

We are based in a Kent village with great links for London, the rest of the country and Europe. You can be in London in just 15 minutes on a high-speed train from a station just five minutes away from your apartment. If you are driving, the M25, M20 and M2 motorways are near enough to get you around places. The M25 connects the rest of England as it circles the capital; the M20 links nicely to Leeds Castle, Ashford (for an outlet shopping centre) and Eurotunnel. The M2 takes you to Canterbury, Dover and the beautiful seaside towns of Whitstable and Broadstairs, and Margate for the Turner Contemporary art gallery.

Now here are some more great attractions.

We are just 17 minutes away from the capital by high speed train at Ebbsfleet International station. See all the sights – Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, House of Parliament, Madame Tussauds, Trafalgar Square and enjoy the theatres, shopping and restaurants in the West End of London.

Re-trace the steps of Thomas A Becket at Canterbury Cathedral, just a 45 minute drive away. Explore the historic city and then head off to nearby Whitstable for dinner at award-winning restaurants – and taste the famous oysters.

For the best shopping in Europe, this shopping mall is just five minutes away by car. Department stores John Lewis and House of Fraser are here with all the top brands, fabulous independent shops for the unusual items. When you’re done there are restaurants and a cinema to make a day of it.
